I've been lazy these past couple of weeks when it comes to the art department. Its not that I don't like drawing its just that I've been catching up with my T.V. shows and playin' alotta TEKKEN6 and HALO3. Yes I still pop in the old HALO3. Just got an arcade stick for the 360 and all my old fighting games are coming back out of retirement.

I'm trying to get back into my routines, but it was so easy to be lazy. Still havn't touched the 10 page collaboration. I gotta get on that. I also have a 2 page splash commission which I have't even started on. Anyways thats it for now.

Been asked to collaborate on another site using existing characters. Did a few quick sketches and now taking it to the next step. Got the script in hand and gonna start some thumbs. So exciting.

Sorry to the folks keepin' watch. I know I've been postin alot lately and all at once mostly on Thusdays. I apologize. The art is going well and I've been getting a lot of positive feed back. Thanks for looking everyone.

Been drawing everyday for about 2 weeks and I can't seem to stop. I'm lovin it. I'm able to crank em' out with it stll lookin decent. The down side to this is I've stopped every thing else like the web comics. They seemed to have stalled, but still in my mind so they are not completely out of the picture.
A local anime festival where I'm from is coming up in March I think and I'm seriously thinking of having a table selling arts. The only problem is my arts are only in pencil, so I guess I should get crackin. I wasa thinkin posters and maybe take commission orders. That would be cool.

012 was a commision for art w/ two characters in a romantic setting. My customer is unhappy with the result despite my warnings that I am not acustomed to drawing such things. When I post I post with the notation "If you are unhappy w/ your art please let me know". I have not yet heard back from this person what specifically they are unhappy with, but its kinda getting to me. Is this ego? Hell yeah!!! So far all the art I have been doing is putting me in a place of confidence and excitement which I have not felt about my art ina long.

I was happy to put it down. I took it as a challange and thought I did pretty good for my first time around, but does anyone see anything critically wrong with it? The references to the characters I got was less then perfect and there was no specifics to the pose, but I think I did ok. What do you think? Should I go bigger and better than what I put before or try again later? My insticts for the piece was more action oriented, but they wanted romance.

My friends always said I was paranoid. I guess they were right.
